Excellent hotel in great location.
The staff were very friendly and rooms very clean and modern.
We decided to mostly eat out as the food wasn't all that good.

This property is old fashioned and needs a refurbishment sooner than later.

Location is not the best in Valencia (it is not Downtown) however if you stay here it must be because the area, somehow, suits you. I would not choose this hotel for a weekend.

The restaurant is pretty good and breakfast was quite alright.

Overall the property was clean, and comfy although a refurbishment is badly needed.

We stayed at this hotel during a Trafalgar circuit..

Our contact with staff was minimal so no comments on this topic. Location is not close to city center but walking distance to modern part of town... just great specially at night.

Room was ok and so the breakfast buffet

Nice Hotel Rooms clean and beds comfortable, In a good position as could walk to the beach, which we did and got lost, but a lovely beach nearby. Could not fault the Hotel, Breakfast were good, and the fresh orange juice was fresh not from a packet.
