You could see that our location is in the most commercial and famous pedestrian street of Valencia and just 50 meters form Plaza del Ayuntamiento “more centrally impossible”.
Perhaps, as you suggest in your comment, our facilities are of a superior category Hotel (amplitude of the rooms, decoration, cleanliness, free WiFi, Breakfast Buffet, etc.). The reason for not being a four stairs Hotel is due only to our Hall, as you could see it is small but as you indicate, that matters, the important things are the other facilities and most importantly for us the Staff for their professionalism.

You could check our situation is unsurpassable, on the more commercial and pedestrian zone of Valencia, only 50 meters away from Plaza del Ayuntamiento. We couldn´t be more close to the city center.

Dear Mr. /Mrs....... First we want to express our gratitude for taking a piece of your time. Secondly we are pleased to know that your stay at the Hotel have considered as great, and we are also pleased to know your opinion about the cleanliness and our reception staff (indicating that as well, attended them friendly and helpful). I convey your congratulations to all staff, specially Octavio and Ana, sure they will remember you and will be excited. The Hotel Sorolla Centro is more than a hotel, it is a family hotel, with a big hotel tradition, for this reason all our staff is fixed. They have been working in the hotel many years ago, and their work is part of their life. They with their dedication and effort have ensured that our hotel is the best three-Star Hotel and one of the best hotels in the City of Valencia, and all this just with the opinion of our guests who value our Competence.
Referred to the last day, your comment surprised us all and specially to me, as a maximum charge. I can`t understand how after 4 months of your stay in our Hotel, you can do this comment without taking any evidence of that , things do not go away for “ art of magic” and for sure we don’t accept this comment so “out of place”.
On the same day that happen the problem with your mobile-phone, I am aware and guarantee that all the staff cares about this issue, we inform you that we check every corner of your room, under the bed, got up the mattresses, they moved all the furniture to make sure it had not fallen for distraction in the back of any of them; we have checked all the stuff in the laundry, piece by piece, bedspreads, pillows, sheets, towels etc., we try it bags of garbage even in that day, and your mobile-phone not appear.
As you can see in TripAdvisor, (if you want in all languages) comments that are published by other guests from past 2006, we are receiving comments and there is no one referring to a situation similar as yours. In the same way you can see through Internet all comments published in specialized portals with who we work for years and you will have the certainly that in our Hotel these things do not happen.
With your comment you have damaged the image of our Hotel but this does not mean you have right, at any time you thought, you might have lost your phone in the street, the beach, in the taxi or the bus, but it`s easier to write “ Nice Hotel but…..” on a lost that sure happened outside of our Hotel.

As you could see our location is excellent “more central impossible” we are in a pedestrian street which is the most commercial area of Valencia surrounded by all kind of business, shops, bars, restaurants and perfectly connected with the rest of the City by Metro (Xativa Station) and even to the Airport too.
Many of our rooms have a little balcony, so the guests can see all the liveliness in our streets.
We have available too, Superior rooms with Terrace, a ideal place to enjoy our more than 300 sunny days!
