Rooms are small old style tv with 1 English station poor air on no window view bathroom is good with shower free wifi a bonus buffet breakfast is extra rooms are clean with wooden floors house keeping noisy in morning

We Arrived and we had to park almost five blocks away after the receptionist gave us wrong directions (who by the way had a very bad attitude). The "free internet" didn't work the entire stay, and the only explanation offered was "mañana." The hallways also smelt like bad airplane food. And on top of all that, the beds are absolutely terrible. They use boxspring mattresses that feel as hard as their floors and will definitely leave you with back pain. I don't write online reviews that often, more like never, but this was that bad.

This hotel is perfect as a central located hotel but lacks on the inside. It's says it's been recently renovated but cannot see where. The room are dark with very old looking furniture we had a very hard bed. Cold breakfast is OK but hot breakfast is terrible plus the maitre d was constantly in his mobile phone. One plus point it did have free Wifi in the rooms.

Selected by the tour company and highly praised by our tour director - but a real disappointment overall. The yellow peeling wallpaper, the dated look, the tiny front desk area - very old. Has definitely seen better days and is in need of a major overhaul. Had to take the stairs to get to our rooms as the elevator does not work most of the time. Definitely not a four star hotel as it is billed
