Stayed here as part of an organised tour for La Tomatina.

Very impressed with the hotel - very clean, beds were comfy and there was lots of space.

Easy to get to the city centre and beach via bus from here and is ideally located between the two.

Breakfast was good - included donuts which is a bonus....when in valencia....

The hotel is situated about 30mins walk, or a 5min taxi ride to the centre of the city. It is also a 15min walk to the City of Arts and Science, or a 5min taxi ride. It sits right on a busy road, with traffic all through the evening - however, its not noisy. There is a supermarket just around the corner, and bars everywhere.
The hotel itself is very clean, and well presented. The price is amazing, I spent 215 euros for a week stay whilst in Valencia for a language course. The staff are very helpful, and make your stay comfortable.
If you simply want a comfortable room at a good price this is for you. It is fairly basic, but that was perfect for my needs.

Location quite good, 25 minutes walking to oldtown, busstop 2 streets away. Service and Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfeast ok for that price. Rooms very good conditions for 3 star. Underground Parking is a little bit small but if you can drive you can also park a station wagon there(so did I :)). Free complimentary WIFI in the lobby.

Only one negative point. There is no restaurant/bar in the hotel except the breakfast, but there are many in the old town ;)
