I stayed here with one friend for 2 nights in a twin room which could have fitted 6 of us in!
the single beds are huge and very comfortable!
the en suite was also very clean, modern and spacey!
the reception staff were friendly and helpful- when they were around, there were a few occassions we waited at least 5 minutes at the front desk before any staff member appeared.
the hotel has a very corporate and unpersonal feel to it, but as part of a chain this is no great surprise.
the location of the hotel was not as expected- not very central and on a huge main, busy road. Despite this the hotel was fairly quiet inside although you dont get much of a view- other windows or a concrete wall looking inwards.
the nearest metro stop, about a 15 minute walk, we were told was Ayora which was in the middle of a very run-down area of valencia with many hostile looking locals. On the plus side there are some very cheap little grocery shops in the area.
The price we paid for the standard we received was very good: we booked through last minute for a cheap deal. However we did not feel that we got to see the best of Valencia at all, due to the undesireable location. A good hotel for a business person or families but wouldn't recommend to young travellers.
