The staff was friendly.The hotel was clean,the room nice,with balcony,nice bathroom with bath.Good beds.We didn,t hear any noise from outside the room.Good value.
About 20 minutes walking to the beach,45 min.walking to the town.But there is a metro end busstand nearby.Supermarche close to the hotel.
If you are only coming for the beach or only for the town,then maybe you must choose an other hotel,a little closer to that.
Metro from aeroport comes close to the hotel.
Taxi is also possible,specially when you have to leave the hotel,in the middle of the night to the aeroport.For me this hotel is a recommander.

Very nice ,clean hotel. Staff is friendly and speak English! 7 min walking from m. Ayora (take la industria,then left on del port) bus stop is right by hotel. It's 10 min to the beach and 15 to the center. You can walk to the art and science museum which is breath taking (about 10 min walking) The area to the left from the hotel looks a little scary for walking at nights,during the day is totally fine. Area to the right is pretty good! I would recommend this hotel. But if you have $$$ I would suggest to choose hotel right by the ciutat de les arts I de les ciencies or by the beach!

I stayed there for two nights, only to know Valencia in a trip between Madrid and Barcelona. The hotel offers a good breakfast and nice staff, but nothing special about it. The location is not good...The avenue where it´s located seems unsafe and nor nice to walk at night. To go downtown there are buses around (easy) and to the City of Arts you can walk for 10 minutes and you´ll be there. If you want to stay close to downtown, not the best choice. If you´re staying for one or two days, it´s ok. Free wi fi in the lobby.

We stayed for 4 nights after booking on Expedia for around $55 AUD/night. The room was clean and comfortable, and look like they have been recently renovated. We found that it was quite noisy at night and in the early mornings, due to doors slamming loudly and echoing footsteps down the halls. Our room was a little dark, as it was on the interior.

The room was very clean and comfortable. There is no iron provided, and you can't borrow one from reception either, so we looked somewhat creased and bedraggled while we were in Valencia! In room safe was handy. You can also get free 30 min wifi vouchers from reception to use in the lobby.

Location was ok. 900 metres to Aqua Shopping Centre and City of Arts and Sciences, which have a lot of restaurants and bars. There is a Burger King directly opposite, as well as a cheap supermarket (Lidl) about 200 metres away. We walked to the Metro (up Calle de la Industria) a few times, about 10 mins walk (Ayora station). From here, it is about 10 mins to the centre of Valencia. Not many restaurants in the immediate area though.

We did not try the buffet breakfast (10 euros).
