From the logistics point of view this hotel is well-located close to metro, city and intercity buses, airport (12 euros for taxi to the airport) and a large shopping centre (perfect selection of breakfast options). Walk to the city centre is not long but not short as well (15-20 minutes), and technically the hotel is outside of the historical centre. The main disadvantage of location from the atmosphere point of view is a bus station directly under the hotel windows. It is not really a problem but still unpleasant.

Reception staff was competent and helpful. However, for some reason we had problems with room cleaning practically every day. While we booked double room, all amenities were provided for one person. We had to buy soap as one piece was simply not enough for two for a day. On one day we found only one towel. On another bed was not fully made.

It looks like the hotel is for single stay only taking into account size of the room, selection of pillows only for one person and room cleaning procedures. It could be recommended for business stay as room price is OK. The only problem for this use could be expensive Swisscom wi-fi with inconvenient free slow and lobby-only wi-fi ticket system (you should take tickets on reception).

We stayed at this hotel for three nights during our stay in Valencia. The hotel was nothing special, but if you get a good deal the location is ideal. It is definitely catered to business travelers. Our room was very large, but also very old with a small and uncomfortable bed. We had requested a non-smoking room and got it, but the room still reeked of cigarettes. I have a feeling there's not much the hotel can do about that, everyone around us was smoking. The front desk staff was very nice and provided good restaurant and sight-seeing recommendations.

There is a bus stop right outside the hotel that runs through the town center and passes many of the key attractions, plus it can take you directly to the City of Arts & Sciences, very convenient. The hotel is also close to a Metro station (Turia) that can take you anywhere you want to go and was about 3mins away from an above-ground tram that runs straight to the waterfront. We also walked from the hotel into the town center for dinner, a very nice 15 min walk.

One tip, don't fall into the trap of paying them for their buffet breakfast, the 16 Euro charge is outrageous. Instead, I would recommend the wonderful bakery just down the street, called Dulzumat, we grabbed pastries from there every morning for around 1-2 Euro and they sold huge 1.5L bottles of water for just 1.30 Euro. The town center is also full of great little tapas restaurants for snacks. I also highly recommend visiting the row of restaurants down by the water, near the las arenas tram stop.

We stayed here for a short holiday and loved it, Its got a few restaurants close( try the little italian 2 mins by hotel on the same side as hotel) although i would recommend going in to the centre for food! you can call a cab or there is a bus service just across the road, The hotel was up to standard and the breakfast was good, We never waited long in busier times, Rooms are comfortable and the staff are nice, They do have a pool etc which is also good to burn off the breakfast! After this NH hotel we stayed in others and find the chain to never let us down on what we need or want!
During the day you can walk through the park which when we went was busting with sunshine and took about 25 mins but im sure it can be done in less! Its just nice to walk through.

The opera house is just across the road which we visited for a show and loved it, The buildings in this vicinety are beautiful with water running through and is great for a photo op!

We also visited the Aquarium which is a short walk from this hotel, WE LOVED IT!! My husband hates these places and couldnt believe he loved it so much! YOU HAVE TO GO!!
Its not hard to find!
Take a walk to the beach or peruse the city its one of the nicest places to visit and the hotel is enjoyable and in a good location, However if you want something RIGHT in the centre this wont be for you, Its not at all far but i would not walk home to it in the evening.

Given the multinational hotel, some of the reception staff could hardly speak English which i was quite surprised at.

The hotel was an average hotel, nothing special but good for what we needed. The beds were tiny but the rooms ok and the bathroom nice and big.

The location was good, close to an underground station (turia) and close to turia park. The walk into town was not too bad either.

We couldnt find any supermarkets close, but there;s a nice bakery just down the road and a polish shop that sells reasonable priced snacks and drinks.

I dont really have anything good or bad to say about this hotel! However Valencia is fantastic!!
