“Excellent Value with Fantastic View”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 23 November 2010

just returned from these apartments (november 2010) and can say its the best view you will ever get, the location is on the sea front overlooking the sea, every apartment is overlooking the sea, three of us stayed in one apartment, two shared a bedroom and one sleep on the sofa bed, its like having your own little flat away from home as it has a kitchen with kettle, toaster, washing machine etc, the room has a tv but with a slot meter and spanish freeviewbox but it costs 1euro an hour to watch and the only english channel is the BBC world news, there is no reception or hotel bar as these apartments are privately owned as some people live here all year round, if you make any noise security will tell you to be quiet straight away, its about a 10 minute walk to the main street with all the bars and clubs, we were disappointed as we like to use the swimming pool but this was drained had we know about this before hand we would have booked elsewhere to stay, the good thing about these apartments is that there is no stag or hen partys staying here as ive stayed in other hotels with these and you dont get much sleep because of the noise, if your walking back to your apartment at night it can be a bit frightening as there is no one around on the promanade and there are loads of east europeans in benidorm these days just waiting for drunken british people, whilst walking back near the sea front one night a car pulled up up with 4 eastern european blokes in it, one got out and asked us are we english, i told him "no english" and walked away quickly after that i had a taxi back to the apartments every night, if i was going to stay in benidorm for a month id return to these apartments, if going only for a week i would choise a hotel with a reception and a bar,

“best balcony in benidorm”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 28 July 2010

i stayed in 26a.it was an open balcony.the best balcony in benidorm! im going back in sept and im hoping to get the same room.i think the windowed ones open right up.being able to close a window is not necessarily a bad thing as being high up can get chilly on an evening
i knew i would have to pick up my keys from another location shame my tour operator never told me where! the waiters in the cafe underneath the hotel(owned by someone else)were very helpful.they made phone calls for me and drove around benidorm on their bikes trying to find out where my keys were. they were at buena vista as fincas benidorm was shut. i would not let this put me off.just make sure you get intructions before you go.if you know where you are going it was not far to walk but we got a return taxi for ten euros.i felt safe as the outer door is always locked and there is an intercom system .
the communial areas are spotless and smell of cleaning products.the security guard was always polishing the mirrors the lifts were the best smelling lifts i have been in.this is a basic hotel no frills but had all i need even a washing mc.dont expect up to the minute decor but do expect good clean basic accommodation, great location.easy to find your way back as hotel can be seen from nearly everywhere.close to nightlife and right on the beach too.i loved it and will always use this hotel.
