ANYWAY!!!!...we got our keys and we wer on 5th or 4th floor..oh my god i felt sick, there was no lights to switch on up the staircase, the noise from some of the apartments and outside was thumpin i felt terrified!!!!!got to our room and it was clean but so drab!!i no this is only menna be a 3 star hotel but we stayed at beunavista 3 star in june and loved it. anyway we had to try go sleep but felt so nervous..there was peope in the apartment below havin a party, shouting was goin on all night and u can hear everything word for word from rooms around. ...this hotel is awfull, hated everything about it. the pool area is crap, no tiles in some areas of it!! and there was never one person in that pool, all the loungers had mold growin on them.no bar. no holiday atmosphere wotso ever infact we went to the primeva hotel across the road for there pool and bar. also as we wer up high we used lift most days which was always bit dodgy but on the last night we wer there went to use it and absolutly stunk of burning/fire god kows what that was!! i wud advise people no to stay here. no atmosphere, i think dear for what u get, theres better location hotels for cheaper the price!!! absolutly love benidrom though and we will be back but will go back to the beunavista which is 100 tiems better xx

“Fantastic apartments”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 May 2007

We have just returned from our week-end in Benidorm and stayed at these apartments.
I was worried by the cheap price, but was unexpectedly surprised how fantastic these apartments were.
They are in a great location and the restaurant next door serves a full breakfast for 2 euros and its really nice.
I would recommend these apartments to anyone and will certainly be using them again.
The cleanliness was fantastic and everything you could need was there.
We booked in and out with no problems.

  • Liked — Value for money and location.
  • Disliked — Great size of apartment, even a washing machine.

“Cheap, practical for a family on budget”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 10 June 2006

Location: 3 minute walk from old centre of Benidorm and next to a park with a playground for children. 5 minute walk from the Levante beach. You'll find your food and drinks in the Mercadeno supermarket about 75 meters up the road (don't go in there dressed only in bikini - or you will be thrown out again) - good prices and impressive fresh meat/fish areas. Open 9:15 to 21:15 all days except Sundays.

Apartment: Practical kitchen with gas/electric stove, microwave, fridge/freezer and necessary cutlery/pots. Our cutlery/coffee cups were not washed, but I think that this is not the normal standard. The rest of the apartment appeared pretty clean. My brother staying in another apartment reported that his kitchen was nice/clean. A separate balcony with washing machine and place to dry clothes was very practical. Security Box (the web site does not mention that this will cost you about 2 euro a day). Television with several Spanish channels. Bedrooms ok. Bathroom: Bathtub with shower. Living room: Furniture a bit worn so it is not that cosy. Balcony (we got a corner balcony which was very big++) - ask for either morning or evening sun. Swimming pool is ok for children but not for smaller. The shallow end is about 70 cm deep. Strangely the pool area was not very much used compared -to the neighbouring hotels. The reception area fitted in an internet-workstation while we were there. It was one of the more expensive in Benidorm that we saw. 4 euro per hour, but still convenient to have close by. No air-conditioning but it was not really needed during our stay in May/June even though the day temperature reached 29-30 degrees Celsius. During our 12 day stay the sheets and towels were only changed once. Which is a definitive minus.

Noise: During our 12 day stay we experienced that in the park (100 meter from our balcony) there was 2 Friday-concerts. – These were pretty load. We fitted ourselvses and kids with earplugs. They stopped playing at about 2 in the morning. - There is also some noise from the karaoke-bar next by but not too loud.

Internet booking only have capacity of 4 persons. But contacting the hotel via e-mail revealed that they actually had apartments with larger capacity (2 bedrooms).
