Booked a holiday with Easyjet .Flights to and from were ok and on time,the problems started on arrival at the hotel as there was no hot water and no central heating.
We complained about the lack of hot water but found that the boiler for the entire hotel was not working.
We asked to be moved and this took four days.
There was no Easyjet rep in site to assist and with basic Spannish(nil) and staff very unhelpful the situation was unbearable to say the least.
When we were moved we ended up in the Princessa Hotel which was excellent and a hotel we would recommend.
Easyjet have not replied to our complaint and we will not be using them again or this hotel.

This place is just horrible it like staying in beruit and you have to pay for it.
I wouldnt reccomend this to anyone... suggest going to queens up the road as that where we eat everyday as i didnt wish to try the food

There are only 2 rooms as shown on the picture on the website. The rest of the rooms are only half as big : unsufficient for 3 persons. Cold : heating on maximum : result : 20 °C. You have to pay a deposit for the 2 zappers (TV and heating) : never in my life have I had to do that.
Food : not fit for pigs. When after a few days we brought in our own ham for breakfast, remarks were made.
Price : cheap for the normal days, however : for the Christmas en NewYears meals we paid a lot, what we got was not worth a tenth of what we paid for it.
Interesting location if you don't have a car : no parking space, unless you want to pay €15,00 a day.
At night a lot of noise in the street (drunk people) .
Don't go there!

After spending from the 5 January to the 2nd February a period of 28 days at this hotel this is our opinion :- The situation of this hotel is very convenient for the beach and shops.
The hotel staff were excellent especially the receptionists and the cleaning ladies - very helpful and pleasant. Our rooms were cleaned very efficiently daily.
We found the hotel very noisy - in the dining room you could hear lots of clattering from the kitchen also it can be very noisy if you are at the front of the hotel in a room with a balcony this is not the fault of the hotel owners, it is people who holiday all night also street cleaners.
The food was substandard and I could not eat it. An international hotel should cater for nationalities but I know that even the spanish people were not happy with food available. Cereals could be put out in boxes not in jars and should not taste like they have been in the jar for a year. A box of weetabix or even fresh cornflakes would have been nice to say the least for breakfast even an egg! The food was always cold no matter what time you went to dine.
The cost of the hotel was excellent and you do not expect a fine cuisine but I think the hotel should take good stock of the food being offered - basic - freshly cooked by a chef would be good but for the whole of the time we stayed unfortunately I have to say the food was simply awful. I ate the fresh fruit that thankfully was available. I could not stay in this hotel again unless something was done about the food and cooking of same - if this was sorted out my husband and I would definitely return.
