We were in this hotel for the New Year and I must say what a superb Gala Dinner meal we had, seven courses with wine and champagne, we were all inclusive and the bar didn't close until 4:00am in the morning. All the staff were very courteous and the bar staff are good too especially Theresa who just loves a laugh, I tipped the bar staff every day with 5 euros and I can assure you they really bend over backwards to help.

Not withstanding the above the meals were very good as well, on the day we arrived I had Steak Pie which was delicious there was also bread and butter pudding, far too much to mention.

The room we had faced onto the pool and it was very quiet at night and we enjoyed a great sleep every night.

This is a good 20 minute walk down to the busy area, but there is some bars a 5 minute walk and we spent nights out at Stardust, Zodiac, Talk of the town, Tropical and the entertainment was brilliant

We enjoyed this so much that we are planning to return again next year

Booked on the Friday, went the following Tuesday January 3rd 2012.Wepaid £620.00 for the two of us for 7 nights.
On arrival the hotel was inviting and very clean. Reception staff excellent and no waiting around.
Room large and clean and the balcony faced the Benidorm Palace and the road.
We arrived in the afternoon. Reception staff seem to speak every language and explained the all inclusive (we had never been all inclusive)

Resturant - I am vegetarian and there was plenty of choice, and again the high standards of clenliness was obvious. One negative was the staff are very keen to take plates away and clear tables so make sure one of you stays at the table as you will find your bread etc has gone when you return. This is the only negative I could find.

Bar staff are brilliant, Happy and eager to please.
If you go to breakfast about 8ish you will see the owner wandering about daily checking the hotel cleanliness and talking to staff etc.

If you are going to Benidorm Palace buy your tickets from reception they are a Euro cheaper.
We went ot the Rock and Roll bar a few nights which is on the same side as the hotel just a few yards down the road. Entertainment is excellent.

The hotel entertainment is typical but entertaining for children. There was bingo a quiz and a terrible duo but that did not bother us.
This hotel is lovely, clean and the staff are brilliant. I would recomend it to all. We are going back in March.
My tip would be book flights, hotel and transfer seperate. 5 days in March we have got for £423.00 for the two of us

The reception area & check in was excellent, very efficient.
The bedroom was a good size and spotlessly clean. We would have liked more than 2 English speaking TV channels.
The bar area was good and the bar staff excellent, very pleasant and always willing to help. I don't think the drinks were full strength but this was not really a problem. The daily cocktails were delicious!!
The restaurant was very well appointed and the staff attentive. The food became a little "samey" by the end of a week.
Although we stayed in December/January we were able to sit by the pool but we found that the sun beds were far too close together and, as a result, it was difficult to get on them.
While we were there my husband had a mobility problem and the reception staff were more than willing to help us hire a mobility scooter and direct us to the local clinic, which was excellent.
The New Year Gala dinner was very good. although they could have been a bit more forthcoming with the wine!
The worst thing about the hotel is, without doubt, the entertainment. It is aimed mainly at children under 10, even on New Years Eve, and was absolutely rubbish!

I visited at the beginning of January, the room was ok, not a 4 star uk hotel, but was ok, the only thing I did not like was the pillows, I had to go and buy some as I could not sleep on them as the where far to hard.
The pool area is big, bit cold to go in the pool, but I bet it's great in the summer. It does have a indoor pool, but I did not get to see it.
Great gym, so take your gym kit, as you will need to exercise if your eating in the hotel, I was all inclusive, and the food was far beyond my expectations. Great choice of food and so nice. I have did many all inclusive deals, and the food here is much better than others, it also has a great kids section, burgers chips ect.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
My holiday was spoiled as i managed to leave my iPhone 4s in the lobby on the sofa, someone stole this, so don't be stupid and do the same thing. However that had nothing to do with the hotel.
The hotel is opposite Benidorm Palace, so quite a distance to get to the old town, but there is a bus service directely opposite the hotel.
Well worth the stay.
