Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms although beds are a bit uncomfortable!

Pool is big enough but paying every day is a bit annoying, even if it is just a euro or so.

Ideal if on a budget.

Stayed here in septembe for 5 nights for my friends hen do. Apartments were clean and tidy and all you need for a cheap few days in the sun.
5-10 min walk from all nightlife. good size pool , bigger than most and hotel next door lets you use their big pool and entertainment. only bad thing was food on all inclusive wasnt that great so go self caterimng!!!

Myself and my partner booked to stay at the Vistamar for a long weekend, we had read the reviews before booking and were a little worried about what to expect, but to be honest its cheap and chearfull and you get what you pay for!

Upon arrival we were greated by a friendly man behind the reception desk, he welcomed us and advised that they had over booked and would we like to stay at there other newer hotel, as we had booked this hotel for the location we did not want to, the man advised it was up to us, they would pay for the taxi and a round of drinks. We did not want to so that was fine and we booked in.

The deposit was £40 each but they only took £40 of us, the safe was 10 euro deposit, and 1.50 euro per night. We were on 17th Floor (lifts were a little on the fragile side) but worked fine.

We went into our room and it was clean, but very basic you could tell that the rooms had not had any work done on them for some time and i think the TV was from 1900's, it worked by 1 euro for 1.5 hours. There was rust in the bath around the plug socket and you dont get to much hot water, but if you gave the tank time to fill back up you will be fine!

The pool was the let down for us, its behind the hotel, and nearer to the titanic bar just behind, the sun beds are 1.50 euro per day we went there our first day and after that we visited our friends in there hotel and went round there pool and the beach, there is no music or poolside bar, so if there is a group of you would be a bit dull. There is also not a great deal of sun by this pool because of the hotels infront which blocked the sun so after our first day we went else where.

You must try the titanic bar next door, this is our 3rd time to Beindorm this year and we always go there, food is good and beer is cheap! Yorkshire Pride is also fantastic for evening food and such good value for money!

ive been to Vista Mar many times each times it seems to be worse. staff are excellent, hotel is in poor repair it got a new owner in February who promised a big change .went to Vista Mar in September even worse bar is closed Monday and Tuesday although im t.t. they have tvs showing english programmes when they work its 1 euro for an hour and you dont know it doesnt work until you put the money in. the maintenence thought it was very funny. the decor and furniture all in a very poor state hasnt changed in the 20 years ive stayed on and off
