I stayed there with 10 friend in October 2011 and we had a great time. Perfect location, very clean rooms, nice, friendly and very polite staff. The hotel has a big Mercadona shop right at the back. Very happy with the service. Definitely going back. Thanks.

Dont judge this place on the price, this is the second time i have stayed there and for 28€ a night is a bargin. I have stayed in more expensive places in Benidorm and this knocks spots off them.
The rooms are modern and spacious and very clean, you have everything you want in the room and even shampoo and shower gel etc supplied. The view is excellent and you are still only a 5 ish min walk to the beach.
When ever i stay in Benidorm this will be the first place i try, cant fault it in a single way

Stayed here in may for a week whilst on holiday with my Mum, The room was very clean and the shower was the best shower i have ever stepped foot in. The hotel itself is situated about 1 mile from the beach and is in walking distance from all the major attractions including pups, beach etc. The reception was very helpful in giving us information for all the activities we wanted to do. We were self catering and were delighted that there is a supermarket just around the corner which was extremely cheap! The room was very quiet as the hotel is just the right distance away from the nightlife which we found brilliant. Would stay here again if i was to go back to benidorm.

Just returned from a 5 night stay in Benidorm at La Era Park apartments. Upon arrival we were dropped at the bottom of the street by the airport shuttle as the road is too small for buses. However, unlike some people here have mentioned the walk to the apartments is only approximately 100m at most and the hill is almost non-existent. Check in was a breeze and the staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t have to pay a deposit and were placed on the 8th floor. The room was spacious and clean, had a decent sized lounge and balcony with sea views. Shampoo, shower gel, and towels were all provided. There was a safe in the room. However, we had to rent the key from reception - although this only cost 16 euros for 5 nights and included a 6 euro deposit that was refunded when we checked out and returned the key.

The location was great only 5 minutes walk to old town and 10 minutes to new town. There are plenty of local bars and restaurants near the apartments that provide food and snacks at very reasonable prices – e.g. full English breakfast for 4 euros, and an evening meal for between 6-12 euros.

The only set back about the whole place was the washing machines, which were located in the basement and cost an extortionate amount, 10 euros per wash - needless to say we did not use them due to the price.
