we have recently returned from hotel agir, we had a great time. A big thank you to the staff who were really helpful.
We enjoyed the mediteranian food very much, a more varied choice of meat would have been welcome (too much pork ).
The hotel is very modern and if you are looking for a quiet hotel this is the one for you!
We would love to go back on our next visit to Benidorm.

What a lovely family run hotel in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Benidorm!!The staff were fantastic ..couldn't do enough for you.We stayed in a superior front room at the hotel with a jacuzzi..Very clean modern rooms and maid service every day.The meals at the hotel and the staff that served us were excellent and we had a very good choice of menu (the mussels were exceptionally good for a starter!)for the evening meal whilst watching the sun set over Levante Beach.We used the small pool on the roof and the sunloungers provided ..great views from the top of the hotel relaxing and quiet if you wanted it..no kids shouting for burgers or running and slipping in the pool!.Yet the night clubs and pubs were just around the corner to the left and only a 3 minute stagger home if you wanted..no need for entertainment when it is all at your doorstep..beach only 1 street away.nightlife 3 minutes away,old town 5 minutes walk ..but back to the hotel for peace and quiet in very comfortable surroundings..definately deserves a 4*****rating and will try to book there again!

The only positive thing: The location. The rest does not correspond closely to a 4 **** hotel, very small rooms, bathroom tiny and the worst thing of all the food. Luke warm , recycled from left overs the day before. Meat served practically raw. Sent back the veal & it was returned on the same plate but swimming in grease. We ended up eating out. The " pool " is in fact a plunge pool, cannot get more than 4 people in it. The walls are paper thin, even heard the guests in the next room going to toilet. We had a room at the back so not too noisy at night but the balcony never got the sun. We were the only British couple in this hotel & felt very alienated. No English channels on TV, not even news. No lounge bar as such & no entertainment. Definitely a Spanish hotel which does not cater for tourists. We were originally booked at another hotel & were put here because it was overbooked. We would not have booked this hotel in a million years and would definitely not recommend.

Hotel was very clean, food was a big no, no very limited choice and not very hot, the earliest you could go for your evening mal was 8.00pm, the pool is not a swimming pool it is a splash pool, very small, we went to the beach instead, we were the only English at the Hotel the others were all Spanish, the only good thing was a good location for going out, lots of bars and entertainment, but would not go back to this hotel.
