Very lovely clean hotel we go every year for 3 months. U been going benidorm for 19 years and have stayed here for the past 5 Years I wouldn't stay anywhere else, this year I have returned home for a operation and hope to return within the next 2 weeks the hotel have kept my room and my belongings, couldn't wish for nicer people and very welcoming will help in anyway just want to say thank you from the kempsters see you soon

This was my 3rd time in the Pueblo and all i can say it has got better every time i have stayed there, This time i was in a party 10 women from 30 yrs up on a hen weekend we stayed on a full board basis and paid just £70 for the whole duration and the food was lovely.
The hotel was packed but there was always loungers available plenty of stag and hen partys but they were all very respectful to the families and older clientel that were staying there, majority were probably asleep in the day and out all nite ;o)
I would highly recommend this hotel to any sort of group or families or solo travellers that want to be close to Levante Beach and close to the Nightlife (Cafe Benidorm is a 5 min walk away)
Looking forward to returning in May 2012 for another Girly Weekend ;o)

clean hotel, rooms good size neat and tidy, good selection of food, 2 swimming pools, day time activitys, night time entertainment was very good. minutes to beach or market, mixture of spanish and european guests we goined in and had a great time.reception staff wonderfull

stayed here for 3 nights,there is really nothing you can fault this hotel for the price you pay
rooms very clean and spacious ,
food ,there was always something that you could eat, found this time there was not too many choices on hot buffet,
reception staff was all welcoming and helpful and the bar @2 4 1 on all drinks all day everyday
