Recently stayed in this hotel, clean comfortable rooms in a great location close to the beach and old town, staff helpful and friendly but best of all was the food, best buffet I've experienced ever in Benidorm and probably in Spain for the money, excellent selection and red hot!

Hi, Just returned from residing at the Princesa, (21/01/'12) and must say that this was our 2nd stay at this Fantastic hotel. We only stayed for 2 wks this time, and must say, "Perfect" for us. The welcome starts with fabulous & Very helpful reception Staff. The food is also excellent, nobody should leave the restaurant hungry, great variation of food, at all times. The hotel Cleaners are brilliant, and always very helpful if asked to do anything, and are on top of their job. The hotel is kept Very clean and tidy.Will not hesitate to return.
The only downside is that we think it's due for a little internal paintwork, but other than that, a brilliant hotel. Friendly, warm and clean.

We booked this hotel last minute via Easyjet for a long weekend from 19th - 22nd January. It is centrally situated and a short walk to the old town and the two largest beaches. Right from checking in the staff were very helpful, efficient and organised and all spoke excellent English. The room was large, modern and very clean. We were full board and the food was very good in terms of choice and quality - probably the best breakfast in a hotel - ever!! The hotel facilities were also good. The other guests were mainly Spanish but all very nice - even with the language barrier!! Thanks Princesa Hotel.

Stayed as a couple for our honeymoon 5th to 16th June 2011 all inclusive and had a great time.
Our room was on the 6th floor overlooking the pool, room was very clean and tidied up every day. The food was fantastic and the bar staff were very funny and all spoke good English even when I spoke Spanish to them. The all inclusive included whatever you wanted to during at Lunch & Dinner too. Feeding time was a bit of a crush but that's not a problem at all as all food was replenished fast. A tip to avoid the crush at meal times is to go about halfway through the serving or arrive dead on time as the doors open.
10min walk to the old time.
Plenty of supermarkets within 10 to 15 min walk - nearest one is only 5 mion walk at the top of the hill.
Tip: Take a travel kettle if you like a cuppa as none are provided in the room.
I asked for a fridge for my Diabetic medication and got one at no extra charge at all.
We liked this hotel so much that we will be going again.
The lifts were very slow but the hotel knows this!!!
The Thomas Cook Rep was brilliant and invaluable in helping us arrange trips and good for local knowledge.

45min walk to the Sunday market.

All in all nothing disappointing about this hotel at all. Highly recommended.
