Upon arriving at the hotel all they were bothered about was getting a £60 deposit for the room.

Never mind I thought if we are paying a deposit it must be very posh. This thought went the minute I entered the room. The most basic apartment I have ever stayed in. The shower curtain was mouldy, the shower head was broken and was shooting water every were except on me. The sofa was stained and the beds were very uncomfortable.

The day before we were going leave two t shirts went missing form a pile of dirty washing in my room. There was no sign of break in and I discovered other people had stuff stolen from the room all on the seventh floor.

We informed the manager and his attitude stunk. Was not bothered and walked away. We demanded the Police attended and after a heated conversation they called them.

Well you think out Police are bad, these guys did not care. Took out passport numbers then left.

Must be some scam going on at the hotel taking dirty washing the day before you leave.

i stayed with a party of 22 and 3 of our rooms were robbed. The staff did not take it seriously but we demanded the police attend - which they did quite quickly but they were not that interested. a media player, jewellery and clothes (washed and unwashed!) were taken but none of the rooms had been broken into! had to go police station and report and they were helpful and sent forensics out but as the room had no signs of forced entry there is nothing that can be done OBVIOUSLY AN INSIDER JOB! The police did speak with the manager for a long time. A maid was seen on our floor dragging a laundry bag however none of us had had our rooms done that day??!! apartments were ok but need updating, shower dribbled everywhere. shame now as we have used this hotel previously but we wont be doing again.

We have just come back from staying in these apartments and would not go back. Whilst we were there 3 rooms got robbed including ours. There were no signs of a break in and it was mainly designer clothes thar were taken meaning the thieves or cleaners whoever did it had a really good look round to pick and choose what they wanted. Including having a good look through dirty clothes on the floor. When we reported this to the manager at reception he just laughed and said "another one"!!! He just wanted to log it in his book and highlight where the police station was on a map. We insisted they got the police and after a heated debate he rang them. The police were great and the translator was brilliant they even sent the forensic round to check each room. Unfortunately there is no proof but it does look like an inside job. My advice would be either take no clothes with you or stay somewhere else.

Security at the hotel was rubbish. It seems anyone could walk up to the reception and ask for a door key as they never checked who we were when asking for ours. Also the majority of people staying were Spanish and non of their rooms got robbed!!!

Regarding the rooms they were tatty, the wardrobe doors were broken and a plug socket hanging off the wall. It is supposed to be an apartment but there was a number if basic things missing to be classed an apartment including a kettle!!

This hotel is horrible, not child friendly at all, the plug's were hanging off the wall, the floor's are marble, there is no lock on any of the door's the shower head fell off when used, i reported all of these problem's to the hotel manager and i kept getting told it will get fixed tomorrow,but tomorrow never came! as i stayed here at with my daughter who is a toddler it was very dangerous!
We were not made to feel welcome . THIS IS A HOTEL FOR ELDERLY SPANISH ONLY!!
