just like to say went back to this hotel in october 2011 with wife, sister inlaw and motherinlaw. had no problems taking them as been there several times ,had rooms next to each other which was very clean, had lovely time there even though inlaw slept most of the time. Reason for that was back home she looks after husband with alzhimers and long needed a break,We went out every night to different shows each one had different shows, even though they are on every night, there is so many clubs to choose from. as i said in last review ask for poolside room much quiter. food has always been good never had a problem.for a 3 star hotel you cant beat it met 8 mates over there this time one of them said he thinks he had been pickpocketed but this was 5 in morning so obviously was well oiled as they say.same guys on street corners with 3 cups and pea you guess which one one the pea is in thats where they pick your pockets ive seen them ,but you can see them a mile off so dont worry about them .they work as a team in the crowd around you.so if this can help you great but i would recomend this hotel ,so central to everything, hopefully be back soon even motherinlaw cant wait.

We live near Marbella and decided to have 3 days in Benidorm linedancing last week . Booked this hotel through Holiday bookings. The hotel had an excellent location to all bars, show clubs and the beach. The room was clean and comfortable. The full board buffets were excellent. We have been to many hotels in Spain, some buffet and some menu, and we have never found such a good variety on each sitting that suits all nationalities, and that the food was cooked correctly. (salads, fruits, breads, meat, fish, vegatables, sauces, desserts and more) I agree with the noise from the street overnight, the patio doors do nothing to block this out, but we don,t know if the other hotels in this area have the same problem? as it is in the heart of the tourist area! We would definately stay here again, the price does reflect that all your meals are in.

“Presidente Hotel, good value”

Hotel was right in the heart of everything and for people who cannot walk for a long way is ideal. The rooms were clean and the towels changed daily, the food was very good and we had different food each night, quite a lot of selection too.

The Comedy Club attached to the hotel was excellent and because it was so central you were not too far away from lots of other venues, the only downside to this was that our room was on the road and faced the Jokers club which could be noisy late on so if it was a family who went you would be better off getting a pool view room.

All in all we will definately go back.

“Good central location, might be noisy for some people.”

Stayed here for 5 days in november, brilliant location right in the middle of all the bars etc.
Have read a few reviews regarding the noise at this hotel and they are quite unbelievable if i'm honest. IF YOU WANT A QUIET HOTEL, GO TO THE COUNTRYSIDE YOU MOANING GITS.
Yes it is noisy at night and early hours of the morning, but it is a central location so this is what you should expect.
Anyway we were staying on the ground floor and the rooms were clean and tidy and the maid came every day.
The food was quite good with a lot of selection, staff in the restaurant were a bit aloof but by no means rude at all, although we didn't try the breakfast.
All in all a very good hotel, say 7 out of 10 from me.

“Week In November”

Just back a week from a weeks hol in hotel. Recption a bit slow to book in, but once in no problem. Lifts a bit of a pain at times waiting on, but stairs ok to use if fit enough.
Staff very helpful, waiters, waitresses at bar excellent, also at dining room most cheerful only one exception found but they are kept busy and it is hard to smile all the time.
Food ok most of time ok,, being a very fussy eater I managed to get a good hearty breakfast and always managed something other meals. 1 bad incident was 1 tray of chicken legs not propery cooked which could have been a serious problem. Once found out tray removed and apologies passed out.
Hotel otherwise couldn`t fault, clean enough rooms, main areas looked after. At this time of year pool covered but still very cool. Hotel well situated for nightlife, with comedy club part of hotel situated under hotel, well worh a visit.
We found a really cheap bar at back of Ambassador hotel called Uncle Peds. Nothing fancy most bottled beers 1 to 1.5 euros. Friendly staff.

Room Tip: The back of hotel has views of pool but best views are front of hotel, with a balcony sitting having...
