Spent a week at the Rio Park and then three weeks in an apartment at the Loix Mar. Our only regret was we didn't opt for all four weeks at the apartment instead. Good clean, basic apartments that have all you need. Plenty of good cheap places to eat close by, we can highly recommend the specials at the Corner Bar opposite the Melia Hotel 200 yards up the road - around £5.40 for chilli/cheese & tortillas starter, liver, mash & onions main meal followed by a banana split + glass of wine - absolutely fantastic. The Friday fish & chips special was even better. Would definitely return to the Loix Mar apartments, wouldn't consider a hotel outside of the winter months. Huge balconies that are ideal for having the odd meal in the sun. Not far from all the entertainment, very quiet and beside a main road so no security issues returning home late at night. The agents for the apartments are on the ground foor of the building, they speak fluent English and couldn't be more helpful.

Just back from staying in Loixmar for one week. We travelled as two couples and had two separate apartments on 8th floor. Hallyway, kitchen with toaster,four rings,full size fridge, small grill/oven and separate utility room with washing machine. Good sized bedroom with twin beds and plenty of storage space and hangers!! Excellent sized living room with iron and TV - unfortunately only english channels are sky news,bbc news and disney channel. Balcony HUGE - I was able to bring the mattress of the pull out bed onto the balcony to sunbathe and it didn't even get in the way!! Hotels central- facing dynatisc hotel and transfer bus will drop off and collect form there. Number of supermarkets within 2/3 min walking distance however, best one is DIAS - walk out apartments to the right and 2/3 mins. 12 cans of beer Euro 3.30!!
Eating out - Large number of restaurants offering 3 course meals for approx 7Euro - the admiral just to the right of the hotel had a great menu and food piping hot and very homely. To the right the second chinese is also an all you can eat for Euro 4.95 including a drink!! Good selection of food.
Great spacious apartment, loads of cutlery dishes etc, centrally located-Great value
No receiptopn so when you arrive the offices are one block down towards the beach - if they are closed it will tell you on door to collect your keys at Hotel Nereo - on the next block down (was panicking a bit about all this but totally fine!! and took no more than 5 mins to sort!)

Theses apartments are ideal for young people, couples going on holiday. The rooms are clean with clean bedding & towels each week, the apartments had everything from a washing machine totelevision, even thou that was in spanish most of the time.
These apartments are close to everything you could possibly want in benidorm day & night. there was no loud noise at night so was able to sleep no problem.

Stayed for a week with 3 friends and given 2 apartments, they are very spacious with everything you can need within the kitchen. Very safe, you get 3 keys one for main door, one for gates to your front door and your door key. As a group of girls we felt very safe. Pool deep but perfect for a dip and to cool off the sun disappears behind the building facing for about an hour at the hottest part of the day! As for the area there is everything you can possibly need on your doorstep! Geordie Bar for best breakfast,London bar for best cocktails simply delicious (Benidorms answer to Greggs) for beautiful fresh sandwiches. supermarket and indoor Market across the road! I recommend
Yorkshire Pride bar just round the corner for steak night on Saturdays nicest fillet steak I have ever eaten. If you fancy clubbing At the square a taxi is 7 euros, would recommend you use taxi 1st time to get your bearings but between a few of you it is not expensive. We were told not to take our bags to the square and to hold your drink all times, we did this and everything was fine! You cannot go wrong here the apartments are spacious, clean and perfectly located will be going back next year.
