“Fiesta Park”

Hotel is clean and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. They offer an all inclusive upgrade from half board for €12 pp per day which is very good value. The only problems we encountered were the walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbours in the adjoining rooms and noises from the rooms above.
Benidorm itself is now very expensive compared to a few years ago and many shops and businesses have closed down so the atmosphere is not what it used to be. Weather is still good though and it is great for a short break.

Home this evening from spending a week at Benidorm staying at this hotel. First time in Benidorm and I had read the reviews here before I went. However, our experience was very positive. Staff were very helpful and they all work very hard. The hotel is nice and staff maintain it to a high level. The vast majority of guests were pleasant in spite of us not always understanding each other. There were a few exceptions, mainly older females, however, I witnessed them being rude to the staff as well who handled the situations very well. The food varies at each meal time and there is plenty of it. Being all inclusive we also had unlimited alcohol and the bar staff are take pride in presenting nice cocktails. The entertainment isn't everyone's cup of tea - it wasn't ours. however, there is plenty of choice in Benidorm. We did spend a night watching the older ones dance and we had to admire their abilities - some were excellent to watch. All in all a smashing holiday so don't be put off by negative reviews.

Room Tip: We had a room which looked on to the back. Very quiet except the bins get emptied every morning aro...

just back from this hotel yesterday had a great time i was there with my mum and aunt who had stayed there before at a different time of year. the staff were warm and freindly and would do anything to help, yes the hotel did have many spanish guests but so do most of the hotels in spain as there government give there pensioners a 3 to 4 day break for free and the seem to enjoy it the food was great a wide selection and a full sunday roast with roast beef + yorkshires yummy b ut all and all we had a great time it was 10 min walk to shopping area of new town and the bars of the famous square so you didnt have the noise of the young revellers when pubs come out i would recomend this hotel if your a couple or a girls holiday for the 30+ and if you want a cuppa & a warm welcome while out for a stroll the jarrow lad is the place to go

Room Tip: ask for a room over looking the pool if you want one our room was at the back but was much quieter a...

“Great if your willing to join in”

We stayed here from 11th to the 18th January and had an absolute blast. Yes it was full of pensioners but they were not rude although just very eager to queue for dinner (the resturant seats 400 so there is no point trying to push down the stairs as soon as it opens).

The activities provided are very similar each day but we had great fun joining with the Bingo and the Spanish Line Dancing and by the end of the week could do at least 5 dances.

As for the food it was colourful at times and occassionally a bit balnd but there were plenty of options and we managed to get drinks down stairs (just be warned each bottle of Sangria differs!). I would also suggest booking a pack lunch if you do fancy a day out we did this a couple of times and although you get practically the same (Tuna, pate, bread roll, bread, marg, soft cheese, quince jame thing, apple, orange and water) you can still grab snacks when your back etc.

I guess for us the only disappointing thing was the room as it was a bit tired - however the beds were comfty and the room cleanned daily so hardly a hardship.
