“Nice hotel in the old town”

The hotel was nice, the rooms were large and clean, the roof terrace was nice for sunbathing and looked out over the beach/harbour (although there seems to have been a pool there in the past which would have been nice if it still was - rather than just the kids splash zone) the location was excellent, one block from the beach and old town. The food was a bit bland (we were all inclusive) but on the whole it was a great value for money break.

“it's a spanish Hotel so what do you expect”

Returned on 27/9/2011 enjoyed the location i thought the food was quit good
obviously it is predomenatly for the spanish but we enjoyed the holiday went there with this in mind watched them dance in the evenings entertainment not very good but there is plenty of entertainment around the Hotel, the room was nice and clean the towels were changed every day and the hotel staff were very polite and helpful my wife and I would go back
I think people expect to much the old saying is you only get what you pay for.

the hotel group of magic group have about ten hotels in benidorm and you can eat and drink in all of them which is excellent and my main reason to stay with them.having stopped in the crystal park five times before but unable to get in there this visit we decided to go to the fenicia which is only a couple of streets away,a good move as we spent most of our time in crystal park anyway.i never had a warm egg on my breakfast which spoiled it as rest of breakfast was ok,they serve up a tray of about 60 eggs which have obviously been cooked a good time before covered in cling film and cooked solid if you did not get one of the first few they were cold the difference at cristal park was amazing there eggs come out about every ten minutes on a small tray of about 20 always hot .fenica was a clean hotel and staff were quite good spanish pensioners are pushy and very noisy always shouting at each other(probably all deaf)maids were good rooms clean i even tipped ours 10 euros so i was happy there.we could not get in our room until two oclock but that is the same in all of them,would have been happier if reception staff spoke more english one girl whose name i have forgotten now(my age)a colored girl was brilliant always a big smile and did her best.to sum up a mainly spanish hotel with one other english family in it,only minor things really which could be put right quite easily the food was varied but always something to eat.i enjoyed my holiday and no doubt will go again but to another hotel in the group.the villa de benidorm i think which is a four star and in the same group. there was no information on how to upgrade to a gold card for english branded drinks and the reception did not seem to know.

Room Tip: we were on top floor,only four rooms up there room 704 the sea view was fantastic

just got back from a week at the fencia had a great time room and hotel very clean, service exelent, food great lots of english food for us that are not adventouras, would go again.

Room Tip: not sure but think rooms with sea view dont have balconeys, personaly i prefer a balcony to a sea vi...

“WHAT A JOKE..................”

Dont know where to start what a joke this hotel if ya british.I'll start with the room it was ok clean towels every day but never cleaned or swept the floor so feet were manky,the wardrobe door fell off and the balcony door didnt lock.Now the FOOD....... what a joke they only cater for the ignorant spanish old biddies,food was freezing and disgusting we had to eat at another hotel.the staff dont speak much english... i asked to exchange some english money and they gave me a hairdryer...... YEAH WHAT A JOKE.... NEVER EVER AGAIN.... IF YOU HAVE BOOKED USE THE VILLA BENIDORM WHICH IS 2 MILE AWAY IN THE NEW TOWN,IT HAS APOOL AS WELL. WHICH FENICA DOSENT.IF YOU HAVENT BOOKED AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
