the hotel group of magic group have about ten hotels in benidorm and you can eat and drink in all of them which is excellent and my main reason to stay with them.having stopped in the crystal park five times before but unable to get in there this visit we decided to go to the fenicia which is only a couple of streets away,a good move as we spent most of our time in crystal park anyway.i never had a warm egg on my breakfast which spoiled it as rest of breakfast was ok,they serve up a tray of about 60 eggs which have obviously been cooked a good time before covered in cling film and cooked solid if you did not get one of the first few they were cold the difference at cristal park was amazing there eggs come out about every ten minutes on a small tray of about 20 always hot .fenica was a clean hotel and staff were quite good spanish pensioners are pushy and very noisy always shouting at each other(probably all deaf)maids were good rooms clean i even tipped ours 10 euros so i was happy there.we could not get in our room until two oclock but that is the same in all of them,would have been happier if reception staff spoke more english one girl whose name i have forgotten now(my age)a colored girl was brilliant always a big smile and did her best.to sum up a mainly spanish hotel with one other english family in it,only minor things really which could be put right quite easily the food was varied but always something to eat.i enjoyed my holiday and no doubt will go again but to another hotel in the group.the villa de benidorm i think which is a four star and in the same group. there was no information on how to upgrade to a gold card for english branded drinks and the reception did not seem to know.
Room Tip: we were on top floor,only four rooms up there room 704 the sea view was fantastic
