“Remember this is a three star hotel and judge from that base.”

This is the second time we have stayed a few days here. It is close to the old town and Levante Beach so conveniently situated. The bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and tidy. The restaurant is acceptable, although the food for some may be repetative, but for three star, is acceptable. The staff are friendly, special mention awarded to Francisco Navarro the Head Waiter. The Hotel has a small pool, a bar with a seating area and a small dance floor which seems overtaken by Spanish Pensioners. But they enjoy themselves and no doubt provide entertainment for others. So, if this is not quite your scene, Benidorm has other nightlife to enjoy. Little irritations are generally centered on the lift. This hotel has six floors and a lift for four people only. Almost impossible to get the lift during periods of peak demand. Also, but not the hotel's fault, is parking in this part of Benidorm. Very had to find. There is an underground car park accross the square which is nearly as expensive as a room in the hotel. However, we would stay there again but possibly for about a week only.

Only downside was sun didnt shine on pool so was like an icebath but would recommend it to friends and family

“Location perfect, breakfasts unspeakably vile”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 October 2010

Location really good for best beach area - i.e. sand, not rocks in sea. Breakfast the same awful sh*t every day except sometimes got a sausage with approximately 2% meat in. Juice machine constantly ran out. Saw an old lady crying after being shouted at in Spanish because she tried to take her cup of tea into the garden. Poor old thng said, "I didn't know it was against the law." That's pretty disgraceful. Dinners were mostly edible but we did end up going out for breakfasts. Cleaning staff lovely, rooms and towels clean every day. Reception nice. Aircon working. Would probably stay again but breakfasts are really horrible.

“NEVER AGAIN.”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 October 2010

After reading some reviews about this hotels food, I can safely say that some people are easily pleased. The food was repetitive and not good. The staff were very nice. The rooms were spacious and pretty clean. The entertainment needs to change. One week it was spanish music off an organ and the next week it was spanish music off an accordian. The swimming pool was nice and clean but freezing, so went to the beach because of it. It was very central. Would not go again because of the food and entertainment.
