have stayed here for the last five years..i was in a group of 12. with only two of us staying at the venus...the other stayed at the queens as they have stayed there for the last four years .. after visiting the venus we are all booked in for 2012 ...all 12 of us... numbers speak louder than words...it,s a great hotel it should get six green spots

We stayed over Xmas/New Year at the Venus Hotel and once again had a lovely holiday. We stayed the same period last year, hence our return visit and everything was still as good as ever. The hotel is is conveniently situated for the beach, all the night time entertainment is on the doorstep so its handy for everything really. The Hotel itself is spotlessly clean and the food is wonderful, even the fussiest of eaters will find something to enjoy. The Gala Meals on Xmas Day & New Years Eve were fantastic with as much wine as you wanted with your meal followed by Champagne. New Years Eve there was a free bar all night with branded spirits not the cheap varieties, and while we were there Servigroup had the 2 for 1 offer on all drinks again branded shorts and mixers, but this did not include tea or coffee, we were told this offer is on until the end of March. The Pool area is a good size with plenty of sunbeds and with the weather being lovely over Xmas it was very busy with people sunbathing and sitting on the terrace. The only downside is the bathrooms are quite small, but hey, how long do you stay in the bathroom? All in all, another good holiday and I can honestly recommend this hotel tgo anyone.

we stayed at the venus from 17th dec to the 27th december 2011 on a full board basis. no problems, room clean and food very good. however, there was no vegetarian option offered to us for the gala xmas day dinner. starter was chicken soup, no alternative to this nor to the turkey main meal which was on offer. bit disappointed but this did not ruin our holiday, staff helpful, would stay again, however, they are currently refurbishing the bathrooms which are planned will be showers only. this is the only reason we have chosen to venture to another hotel in benidorm which still has baths in their bathrooms for our next benidorm holiday.

Stayed at this hotel almost as many times as the Servigroup Orange. The food quality is as normal Servigroup standards, great choice, clean spacious dining area. Pool area good, plenty of sunbeds available. Good location to get to the square and surrounding areas. Rooms on the left of reception as you walk in seem slightly larger than those to the right.
