a good hotel .in an excellent spot.smaller than a lot of hotels around it ,but very friendly great staff ,allways have a smile for you. nothing to much trouble. would go back again if only just for tommy pollifiller.(the entertainment)karioke..quizzes.//he involved everyone .made us feel like we,d known him forever...really nice pleasant man.. in fact when we went out we tried to be back for the evenings entertainment..everyone joined in ,,brilliant.. most people we met went back every few weeks....only one fault ..really bad drain smell in our rooms..
a word of warning...outside the hotel..a group of pick pockets & working ladies...,you need to be vigilant . excellent holiday,, ( tommy tommy..tommy) even if he is a tottenham fan.

At Magic Costa Blanca we’ve always planned with passion the holidays we offer our Magic Amigos clients, and there’s a simple reason for this, we put in the same heart and soul as our clients when they choose us. As the Magic Villa Benidorm is a small hotel we are able to give our “Magic Amigos” a more personal attention.
We’re sorry to hear that the Tripadvisor member experienced bad smells in their rooms, this is something that we are constantly working on and have practically eliminated from the hotel. Had the Tripadvisor member spoken to reception about this during their stay the reception staff would have moved them to another room.
Tommy Pollyfilla joined us at the beginning of January and we are very pleased with the positive comments we are receiving regarding the entertainment.
We understand and share the Tripadvisor members concerns regarding the “pick pockets & working ladies”, along with other hotels in the area, via HOSBEC we have had meetings with the local authorities and over the last few weeks we have seen an increased police presence and on the occasions that we have called the police they have arrived promptly.
We thank the Tripadvisor member for their comments opinion is important for us and we appreciate you taking the time to write your comments as we continue to strive towards providing a quality service for all our clients and value all the opinions received to help us achieve this goal.
