“Well, is it”

Having read the reviews on this hotel, it was going to have to be very good to live up to our expectations. We have just returned from this hotel after a weeks full board stay, so lets break it down and see.

Staff - From the moment we checked in with the smiling face of the women on reception and her helpful demeanor, we knew we were off to a good start. From there it got better with the staff in the restaurant (Carmen, Antonio and Nomi), who treated us as if we were the only people there, friendly just doesn't do them justice and the same can be said of the maids, the bar people and basically everyone who worked there.

Hotel - This is a recently refurbished hotel and as such everything is new and oozes class. It has its own gym, small but everything you need is there, a pool area again not the biggest pool but good enough, with sunbeds and loungers around the pool and the grassy area to the side of it. The restaurant is of a nice size, not too big with a bar area next door to it with comfy seats and large screen t.v's. It also has computers and internet access by the reception and by the lifts on each floor. It also benefits from a relaxing bar area to the front of the hotel with waiter service, a great way to relax on a warm afternoon and prices were reasonable too.

Food - This is a buffet style restaurant and the food can only be described as top drawer. I am a fussy eater, but found something to eat at every meal and it was all cooked to perfection. At every meal there was a choice from the cold salad bar or soups, then main course consisted of various meats, fish, pies, pastas and vegetables, my only lttle gripe is I wished they had a little more choice of veg. This was followed by a choice of up to ten different deserts. Breakfast was aimed more at the brits with the usual cereals and full english breakfast if you so desired.

The Room - I have to admit to having stayed in bigger bedrooms when coming to Benidorm, but I have not stayed in any better. The room has everything you need, ample wardrobe space and storage, flat screen tv with remote, mini fridge a bathroom that is superb with big walk in shower, walls that do not seem so paper thin as in other hotels and best of all for us were the memory foam beds.

This hotel is the number one hotel in Benidorm at the moment and returning to an earlier question I posed, Well.is it. Having just returned, my wife and I can only say, you bet it is.

stayed here 10 Jan for one week.,It is a completely modernised hotel done to a high standard. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The food is really good and well presented in a beautiful dining room. Tourists from other hotel were coming in for a look and were very impressed. I can see it being extremely popular this season with the added bonus s xof no children under 16 allowed, Best hotel in Benidorm by far'

Room Tip: all rooms fully modernised. If you want a bath opposed to a walk in shower ask at reception on arri...
