Stayed here over Xmas 2011.Great location for "Old Town" only 10 minutes walk.If you want the "English" part of Beni then that is a good 40 minute walk away.It is located overlooking "Poniente Beach",which is just a few minutes walk from the front entrance lifts.This is the Spanish part of Benidorm & the local shops & most of the local Bars reflect this(however they all cater for the Brits).This is what we preferred as we live in Catalunya.I drove & you can not park right outside the front of the block,access is gated & at the rear (This is where you can unload) & not so easy to find.You can also park in the blocks covered car park for Euros 9 per night.Access to this is quite tight,but after you get in,it is a safe place for your car.As it was winter when we stayed,there was also parking to be found on the local streets.(Summer would be a problem,i was told).Loved these Apartments,sea views from the Terraces are "Stunning".(we were 25 floors up)They were a great base for our winter trip to Beni & very good value.The units are basic,but comfortable.TV was all Spanish channels as expected & tea/coffee making facilities a bit on the basic side.(need to boil water in saucepan).24 hour reception is a good thing.Returning after 1.30am (which was easy to do after a great Christmas eve bash in the Old Town!) means the seafront entrance is locked & you will have to go up a road ramp (equivalent to 8 floors) from the front of the block to gain entrance at the back,where the reception is manned.Will be returning to Beni for next new year & guess where i will be staying again. AGAIN we had a fantastic stay here 11Th to 20Th October 2011.the apartments are spacious and clean. views from the balcony are out of this world .all the night life a 15 minute walk away or a quick taxi ride away.had some great nights in dannys bay a few meters away.staff so friendly.now booking for next year

Travelled with a group of friends, there was 6 of us and we stayed in a 3 bedroomed apartment, plenty of room, great big balcony with fantastic sea views, excellent base for old town, great access to beach,and the restaurants and cafe bars. Security great with CCTV. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Would stay here again and would recommend.

Definitely recommend these apartments, as close to the sea as you'll get in Benidorm, with amazing sea views, spotlessly clean and with very friendly English - speaking staff. Plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants, as well as 2 supermarkets, within a 5 minute walk, yet amazingly quiet. Tony on Reception is a character, and the best welcome I've ever had in a Spanish hotel - especially at 2 am ! Sunbeds in car park and grass by pool are a bit quirky, although it meant the pool area was quiet - just remember to take a towel ! The beach is almost ther same distance, though. Only helpful suggestion would be to phone to book direct next time as the offers displayed in Reception were way better than anything advertised online - including their own website ! The staff all speak English so there's no need to be shy about it, and I'm still waiting for a reply to the email I sent a month before to enquire about availability. Phone and ask for the current best rate - it would have been half what we paid through the 'best price' website. Still worth every penny, though !
