Just enjoyed a wonderful week half board at gran bali hotel , Benidorm.
food was excellant. rooms excellant.
Entertainment- could have been better ,but I suppose was acceptable
Reps---- Be careful of the information posted. 50 guests on 12th November 2005 watsted 5 hours because of conflicting departure times posted to board . No Satisfaction from Rep Elaine OR HER Co- helpers
BEWARE

We've just returned from our stay at the GRAN BALI and would go back tomorrow if we could. Everything was first class and there was no fault to be found with anything. The hotel itself was excellent in every respect from the food to the service and the rooms were amazing. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

I have stayed at this hotel twice now. Supposedly the tallest in Europe, that's about all that can be said about it. Ikea type furnishing, dining rooms the type of which are used by the military, reception staff who seem to be agog with indifference, lacklustre service and generally very sloppy. It's hard to believe this hotel is run by hoteliers. If you like Benidorm and you are looking for a place to put your head at night then the Bali will do fine but if your holiday is going to be made by good food and good service then this is one to give a miss.

As hotels go, the Bali just does not have it.

stayed at the bali 6th march 2005 for a week.Booked in with agent to a junior suite ?.we were given a family room,thats 2 sofa beds plus single beds, we tried to get a suite but they said that was the suite,so we moved rooms to a double room,nice clean rooms,the hotel is very busy with the spanish people which to me made it feel more buisness hotel than a holiday hotel.staff some friendly some not.food was ok but a bit repetertive but because it was so big the hotel the dining room felt like school dinner time , better to go early or later to avoid the rush.overall a nice hotel but 3* plus would be my opinion.adios
