In a brill place close to all amenities. Rooms very big with a lounge area and a kitchen with kettle toaster microwave, oven and grill. Tommys bar next door is good 4 bingo and to watch some entertainment every night. Morgans tavern very pricey at 3.10 euros for a pint but the entertainment was brill. Sinatras in the square was fab at night with some brilliant singers and drinks all night were 2 for 1. I love benidorm and would return 2 the alpha but during our stay of 4 nights our room wasnt cleaned and we had 2 buy our own toilet rolls due 2 only having 1 on arrival. All in all the alpha was in a great place and the rooms are very big. ITV 1 and true movies also sky sports 1. We also had to pay 40pounds refundable deposit on arrival which you will get back at the end of your stay.

Can understand some people being dissapointed but in all fairness you do get what you pay for, but having said that the rooms are an excellent size & the beds very comfortable. You also get sky sports on the tele if you ever in the room long enough to watch it !!!!

The staff seemed ok when we wanted to know anything, but just to let you know you have to hand over £40 room deposit which you get back at the end of your stay (if you aint thrashed your room !!!), but i believe this is the same for all apartments in Spain, its also 15 euros for a safe which is situated in your room, there is also a meter to pay for air conditioning if you need it. Also it can get a liitle noisy in the night when the youngsters walking past after a night of clubbing, but hey we were all young once & you soon doze back off to sleep !!!!

In the 7 days we stayed our beds wasnt changed once & we only had one change of towels.Also you have to take out your own rubbish to the bins outside (no hardship though).

The pool area is nice but the sun beds could be upgraded a bit but they were still comfortable but then again its only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach (4euros per sunbed & 4 euros per parasole).

Also as plenty of others have said the Wookey Hollow next door does some great food at great prices in a friendly atmosphere.

This was my first time in Benidorm & i found it the worst place ive ever been but also the best !!!!! & will certainly go back !!!! and for what we paid we would not complain about the Alpha Apartments.

For the price of a 2 week holiday we thought it was a snip.Close to all the amenities staff all helpful and friendly.Pool area good rooms bigger than we imagined balcony massive extremely clean wooky Hollow pub below EXCELLENT food LOVED SCRUFFY THE CAT!

Myself and my partner have have just returned after staying at this hotel for 7 nights, the reviews sounded great and I could not wait to arrive, upon arrival the hotel looked like a run down carpark, we made our way into the reception and the Male receptionist was friendly and informative. However we had specifically requested a room on a lower floor as my partner is afraid of heights and we were allocated a room on the 12th floor (13 floor hotel) when asked if wer could have a lowerf loor we was advised the travel agent Going Places and specifically requested a high floor only NOT IMPRESSED!!
we was offered a 11th floor room but didnt see the point.
We then made our way to the lift and the lift was tiny so my partner had to use the stairs as he is clostraphobic (this is why we requested a low floor also).
We got into the room and left, In the morning we went to take a shower and it went from one extreme to the other cold or boiling hot!!! the bathroom floor was full of hair, half a toilet roll, towels had holes in them and the bed sheet was torn slightly.
I then un packed only to find a bloodied tissue in the corner of the room.
But it was not all negative the room was bigger than I thought, the kitchen facilites were good and well set out, we had a few tv channels that were free, and a massive balcony but not so much fun when you have to sit alone. The aircon is 5 cents and lasts for ages and is such a must and it was great.
The staff in the bar were attentive. We didnt use the pool but it seemed clean and well maintained.
Overall I would not return here as it was in the middle of chaos and lots of noisy tourists until 6am!!! Shame...
