just got back from a 5 night stay if you are staying here in winter take your kettle, hot water bottle and as much warm night wear as you have got! I have never stayed in an hotel so cold. the walls are waffer thin we was told off just for talking at 11 o clock at night! we had 3 beds cramed into a twin room.The hotel is in really need of a refit very old fashioned. Food was nice and staff was very friendly. we went alinclusive which was good value with bottles of water and afternoon snacks. would i stay here again no! dont think u should have to talk in sign incase you upset your neighbour! Dont no how people would go on with children as they should not have to be quite they are on holiday!!!!

Loved the Regente, stay was faultless, Michael, the entertainment manager, was a STAR. His bingo calling is beyond compare (wobble wobble :-) ). Food excellent, always a good choice - even for fussy eaters. Room very clean, as was the rest of the hotel - would not hesitate to stay there again.
If we had to make a critisism I would have to agree with other reviewers about the noise from other rooms - it was quiet when we were there but you could hear other people. However, the positives well make up for this and we would happily stay again in the future.

Cheapest in Benidorm. food 5/5 but started new menu in Nov more stews..cost ?. entertainment as per usual same year in year out but having said this,not many hotels do full 7 day a week entertainment so.!!!.Rooms spotless clean towels daily walls are thin and noise travels, Drinks a bit on dear side when compared with local bars, but its a hotel bar after all. Reception staff been there ages, Know their business but can be a bit short if under pressure. Generally all staff excellent. Watch out for head barman V. sometimes swears under his breath in Spanish and keeps disappearing into the toilet for a Fag.All in all good hotel back again this year.

me and my husband have stayed in many hotels in benidorm posh and not so posh .we stayed in the regente last july best hotel i have stayed in in benidorm loved everything about this hotel .friendly staff very clean room cant wait to go back this july .ps and we loved the entertainment and the pool just a lovely friendly hotel :)))))))
