Like all other reviews say, these apartments are unfaultable. The rooms are big and spacious. The balcony is massive.

About 10 minutes or less walk to the beach its just one straight line out of the hotel.
About 5 minutes or even less to bars restaurants etc.

We had to pay the 200 euro per room deposit. But had no problems getting it back.

Near enough to everything you need withought being directly in it so that its noisy.

Will definatly be returning.

We went in January 2012 booked with Travel Republic. We asked for high up and was given the 25 floor. When I went on the balcony I thought I was in New York, the apartment was perfect with a beautiful sea view.
Having been to benidorm quite a few times I did view on google maps and google street view before we booked and knew it was near to where we wanted to be. It was in the more busy lavente district of Benidorm close to the where the Benidorm series was filmed. It was in walking distance of Levente beach, bars and clubs, the Old Town and Tapas alley. The very cheap and cheerful bar was 2 mins away, perfectly cooked breakfast was 2.50 euro.
Bad points .....err non.

We stayed there for christmas and had a great time. The apartments are well located with the wooky hollow and a minimart close by which was handy for essentials Cans of strongbow cider were the cheapest here 1 euro a can. The apartments are very close to lots of bars and restaurants when you walk down hill and take the side roads off. The walk to the old town is a pleasant walk, you walk straight down to beachfront and turn right to get to the Old Town.

The apartments are spacious with a nice kitchen with modern appliances such as microwave and large fridge freezer which was excellent. It has a dishwasher though ours did not work. I reccomend taking a couple of dishwasing tablets. Not many dishes also. If you like drinking out of a tall glass I reccomend bringing your own. The bedroom was spacious with enough hanging space and coat hangers. The beds were comfy with plenty of pilliows (there was only 2 of us). They also had lovely big thick new quilts. The bathroom was very nice and modern with a brill shower. There is a socket point next to bathroom mirror so ladies you can use your hairstraightners. Remember your euro socket !!!. The living area was big with a large white modern dining table and chairs. There is also a comfy sofa bed. There is a flat screen TV . The only british channels we could find were a couple of true movie channels. There were plenty of sockets placed around the apartment and lots of lamps.

The balcony is really big with a big table with four chairs. It has a sun lounger but no cushion for it. There was no cleaner the full week, but there was a mop, brush and pan. There was also towels I reccomend you bring a couple of your own. There is a outdoor clothes dryer if you want to rinse towls to dry. (only one tea towel for drying dishes).

The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful especially the young spanish lady. We were in the block were the reception area was, the other block seemed more busy with lots of spanish teenagers. The block was quiet and we were on the first floor. I was glad as the lifts seemed busy even though there were 3 of them. Where the lifts are there are vending machines with juice, water, sandwiches and chocolate bars.

If you want cleaning, extra towels and bedding changed then you have to pay extra. We only stayed a week so not a problem for us. If you stay 2 weeks I think they change it once. They asked for debit card or 100 euros as a deposit we used a debit card so no problems (they dont take any money) . We arrived before 5pm and our apartment was available so all good. Overall decent comfy modern apartments a nice place to crash.

I reccomend these apartments and Benidorm A really fab place. also recommend Micheals, sherries bar, Vagabonds,Queens, Paniels and yorkshire pride (best Chips ever}. These places for me had the best food, good ambience and really decent prices.

We went to these apartments in August 2011. We only booked it last minute through travel republic after being to benidorm several times before my expectations were not very high But I have to say I was extremely impressed when we arrived. The apartments are gorgeous and clean an have everything you need! I would definitely recommend to anyone. Not far away from the centre only a five minute walk so you are not in all the hustle an bustle. Sleep quality very good as he beds were comfy! Would love to go back again :)
