Amazing hotel!

Checked in early and room was ready, also greeted with a glass of champagne on arrival.

Lovely big rooms with balcony and cool bathrooms!

Huge comfy beds.

So many pools and easy to get sun loungers.

Used the gym - small but adequate.

Best facial i have ever had in their spa.

Ate at the buffet restaurant a couple of times. Quite expensive but a good range and drinks all included.

Bar drinks are very expensive.

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in and will definitely return.

This hotel is quite impressive when you arrive but hopefully you wouldn't arrive after dark as the atmospheric lighting is not up to health and safety standards I would say. Check in is a good enough experience except for the long form that you have to fill in. The rooms are spread around and I have never seen so many people getting lost in a hotel - you are given a map when checking in which seems odd at first. I think that if this is to be a hotel attracting international guests it would be a good idea to give foreign language lessons to the staff. I did notice that some of the staff have been through the 'smile at the guests' training but some not and so some of the staff would smile warmly and say hola and some would ignore you completely. It would be nice if you could put hot water into the hand basins in the bathroom for perhaps a wet shave but the only way seems to be to remove the decorative plug and stuff a flannel into the drain. The cleaning of the rooms is basic and dirty glasses are not removed. As has been mentioned by others the hotel is miles from anything else. This is a hotel which is all show and little else.

Hotel is beautiful, you forget you are in Europe & that the resort of Benidorm is a ten minute drive away!!

Rooms are big, with extra large bed, bathroom with 2 sinks, separate shower, toilet & a bath which you can slide open the doors to watch tv!

Would stay here again for sure.

I stayed here with my husband who was on a business trip. Stunningly beautiful hotel set in gorgeous grounds. Staff were friendly and very attentive. The food was out of this world, couldn't fault a thing. Would go back tomorrow.
