Booked the Terralta as part of a package holiday with Thomas Cook. We were the first drop off from the coach following a 7 hour flight delay in Manchester and i must say that my first impression of the place wasnt very reassuring. It looked very plain indeed, however the members of staff on reception were very friendly. Our apartment was situated on the ground floor at the very end of the third block. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and had a nice big fridge/freezer and a good size balcony. We had a slight problem with the latch on the bathroom door, but within minutes of telephoning reception the maintainence man arrived and fixed the problem. The hotel, pool and grounds were spotlessly clean and there was a life guard on duty. The onsite mini- market was well stocked & storekeeper was very helpfull. There is a bit of a hill leading up to the aparthotel from but the plus side is that there is an hourly bus service until 9.00pm. If you want to step out of your hotel entrance and immediately be within earshot of the full on night life that Benidorm has to offer then i would look elsewhere. But if you want a nice relaxing holiday in a spotlessly clean & well maintained aparthotel with a friendly atmosphere then i would recommend the Terralta.
