The hotel is in quite a run down area compared with the southern part of the city. We had problems finding it but on arrival found plenty of parking.
Room was a good size, but tired furniture and a window that looked out into a enclosed yard.
Corridor was very dark, lights operate on movement sensor, and the room power needed the key card to be inserted on arrival, a tricky operation in the near darkness.
At 7.30pm the receptionist advised us the restaurant was closed (it was a Sunday) but directed us to an excellent local tapas bar.
In the morning we tried to order a hot breakfast and the rather surly chef/bar tender just said "not possible" and would only offer toast and coffee, rather than any of the items on the menu.
Not very good value, we paid £57 room only (via Lastminute) for a basic 3 star hotel.
