We enjoyed a great weekend deal which included free minibar and really excellent buffet breakfast. The hotel is ideally located near the port and plenty of restaurants and bars in the pedestrianised zone of the old town. The underground car park is accessible only by lift - an interesting experience and not possible for a large car. Also space is limited, so you need to arrive early to secure a place as parking in the nearby public car parks is really expensive.
We thought this was an excellent hotel and will stay there agian without doubt. Our only gripe was that the 'free high speed wifi" was very slow and limited to 30 minutes a room.

I stayed at this hotel for business purposes. I chose it for the nice list of facilities in their website. The most important one was wireless internet connection, that is listed as one of the room facilities just like pillows and hairdryer.
When I arrived there I figured out that this is in fact not true, and that they charge for in-room internet connection about 9€/day. They do provide free internet access in the lobby but it is very slow and limited to 30 minutes. You should ask them for a new password each time you want to use it, and for each device.

Other than that the hotel is very good. Rooms are very clean and very nice. Bathroom is great and there is a large closet and a safe. Breakfast is great and also the service in the dining room and at the front desk was very good. They would have got an "excellent" mark from me if they had a decent internet connection, but at the current situation I would not recommend this hotel for business persons who need internet connection.

I was there just for one night, but room, view and all the rest was just great! and just for 59 EUR! and they have great breakfast!!!!!!!

This is a lovely hotel in a very good position in Cartagena. Our only complaint was that the breakfast let them down. The coffee/hot milk/hot water stood in metal jugs which were obviously made first thing in the morning and left to go cold. If they were empty the dining room assistant took them away if asked and brought another pot from the kitchen but this was always cold. We just gave up on the coffee for breakfast and just drank the fruit juice.
