This hotel is value for money. Clean rooms and great service on check in and check out . Staff very courtesious not like europe. Very near to the fair grounds and great spanish food near the hotel.

Good facilities, modern and spacious room. Good breakfast with large selection of products and dishes. Located close to Madrid's exhibition halls, though not within walking distance. Also conveniently located for Barajas Airport. Good value for money!

Stayed for 3 nights in the AC Madrid Feria during January 2012.

The rooms are functional, clean and with the mini-bar drinks included in the night price.

I had read not very good reviews about the room service and it isn't really great. Not too bad, but nothing out of the ordinary.

The gym is small but well equipped. For such a big hotel, only 2 elevators is sometimes not enough, allowing you to meet people from the different plants.

The breakfast is good and with a big variety of meals, from cured meats to sweet pastries. Coffee is from a Nespresso machine.

We stayed 5 separate nights over a period of two weeks in this hotel. It was in a great location for our business, but there's not much around the hotel as far as restaurants or shopping. The rooms were clean, if a bit on the small side for two people. There is a big lounge/work area where the WiFi is fast. A small bar area is located right outside the restaurant. They had a nice breakfast buffet.

Because of our schedule, we were coming and going, and the staff was always very helpful with storing our luggage and getting us taxis, etc. We did use the metro a few times -- it's about an 8 minute walk. Close to the metro was a restaurant that served asturian food -- called Mater Asturiano. Good favaba and sidra.
