“Perfect location and great service”

This hotel was really great for the 5 nights we stayed during our holiday in December. The room, bathroom and kitchen were big, clean and even had a little balcony towards the street + the wifi worked perfectly. As it has been said in some of the other reviews there was some street noise at night, however, it did not bother us. The location is great, just near the metro station Plaza Espagna - and it’s really easy, cheap and fast to get there with the metro from the airport. The members of the staff were extremely helpful and gave us good tips about the city.

Btw. just a tip about the city: When you cannot take in more of the great art i Madrid then go to the zoo. It's the best zoo I've visited in Europe.

“Excellent hotel, quiet, central and good value for money”

We can highly recommend Suites 33 We stayed on 30th November as we were going to a performance of the Cirque du Soleil,(which was fantastic). The room/suite was very spacious with simple but smart decor, clean and tidy. Everything you might expect was provided. It was quiet despite being in a busy area. Very convenient for travelling to the airport or visiting key sites in Madrid. The price of 80 Euros for a suite in the centre of Madrid was excellent value for money. The people on reception were very welcoming and helpful. They provided information on transport and where to go. There was a very good cafe almost next door, recommended by the hotel staff which was perfect for breakfast or meals.

There was a kitchen but no equipment, apparently it is not used normally. It would be more convenient if you could use the kitchen for a cup of tea at least.

Stayed for a couple of nights and really enjoyed our stay there. The rooms were very spacious and clean the beds were reasonably comfortable and would definitely recommend this hotel. It's very close to the metro station and is great for the nearby shops and restaurants all within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful the only downside was it was in quite a noisy location but that was mostly sirens and people outside not anything to do with the hotel. Was a great place to stay for a couple of nights

“Great value place”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 16 November 2011

This is a very good place to stay in Madrid for about 70 Euros per night for a double bedroom. There is also a small kitchen with a stove, microwave and refrigerator. Unfortunately there was no kitchen appliances such as forks, knives, spoons, plates or pans.
The bed was huge and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and clean.
Location is one block from Plaza Espagna and Gran Via, so is really in the center of Madrid. There is a subway station only one block from the hotel, and the subway lines in Madrid are great and will take you everywhere.
