I mistakenly thought an airport hotel might be reasonably easy to reach from the airport. No phone number is shown on the signs outside that list airport hotels. No shuttle exists. Because of the highways and location it cost me 25€ for a taxi.
The bedding and bathroom were clean. The walls in my room were scraped and dented and it looked like the room hadn't been repainted in a few years. Worst of all, the noise of TV's carry between rooms and I was treated to the sound of a hair dryer giving an unwelcome wakeup call at 4 a.m.
This place is in the middle of nowhere so you can't walk to restaurants, etc. Dinner was prefabricated microwave food -- and grim. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good.
Unless you particularly enjoy inflicting an unpleasant stay on yourself or are just trying to accumulate guest points at any cost don't stay here. The room rate is relatively cheap but don't forget to add in around 50€ for taxis.
One of the biggest hotel mistakes I've made in years.
