If your traveling to Madrid for a few days, to see the sights, then this is a great hotel.
The staff is nice and they speak english and french.
The rooms are very clean, cosyand with a modern decoration. Our room had a laptop with free access to the internet, wich was great.
The only thing I point out as negative in the rooms is the noise, specially on weekend nights due to the proximity of a theatre and restaurants, and the beds, which weren't very confortable.
The location is fantastic. It´s a 3 minute walk to get to the centre and the main metro stations.
On the last day we had to check out at 12.00, but as our flight was only at 19.00, and so they kept our bags, wich was great.

Just spent a long week end with three friends there. After reviewing comments on tripadvisor I have decided to book a room at this hotel. We were extremely pleased by our hotel: good price/value, good location. Rooms are clean and pretty modern. Good quality of sleep..overall a good address for Madrid!

I have stayed here twice on business and the location is excellent, both for business via the subway and for tapas and beer in the evening.

Staff very polite, rooms excellent and free laptop and wifi a definite winner. Breakfast was very good also.

I will use this hotel whenever I am in Madrid, superb.

I thought it was a great spot. Walkable distance to everything. Surrounded by metro stations. Restaurants in every direction.

I think the square had recently been rennovated. It was delightful. Cafe at the bottom of the building always full of locals with families (day-time). Not open late. Lovely place for a glass of wine. At no time did we feel unsafe walking to-from hotel .

Rooms weren't large - but very comfortable. Comparatively big and modern bathroom with great shower.

Staff spoke excellent english and were very helpful at every stage.

Was excellent value as part of an expedia flight/hotel deal.

I recommend it.
