My mother and I stayed here for 2 nights, and didn't love this hotel, but there was nothing drastically wrong. It was clean and reasonably well-appointed, but fell apart at the seams. The safe didn't work - and no one arrived to fix it - the front desk staff upon our arrival were not particularly welcoming, and the bathroom, while clearly filled with new things, had a ridiculously fancy shower head - out of which almost no water came (and it sprayed in every direction, soaking the entire bathroom). And, surprisingly to us, the bathroom door was just a glass door that swung both ways! So no privacy. Breakfast was so-so, and was an extra charge.
We had a room in the back of the hotel, with no view (except of other windows, where across the way other guests kept leaving their curtains open and clothes off...). It seems there are cute front rooms with little Juliet balconies, that might be nicer.

Housekeeping stopped by and were up to par as well.
NOTE: If you are sensitive to scents, you will have problems in this hotel. I'm not, but I did notice that there are air deodorizers EVERYWHERE in the building, and it seems as if they even scent the air coming out of the air ducts!
Overall: spartan digs, nothing luxurious that would make you want to hang at the hotel, but it got the job done and location is great.
Room Tip: Ask for the front rooms, I'd guess they're nicer and have better windows (though still not a...
