We have just spent four days at the Torre Arrias, hotel is catered more for the business traveller rather than the tourist but the staff were helpful and friendly, the rooms were modern the beds really comfortable, the only problem was that it was so far out. There was a ten minute walk to the metro,which by the end of the holiday was a bit of a drag but on the whole it was an enjoyable experience, we used our Tesco vouchers so we only had to pay for the flight so it was well worth it

We got this hotel on tesco clubcard vouchers and its a nie hotel, yes its maybe more of a business hotel. Its clean, the staff are friendly the breakfast was really good beds are comfy but its a little way out.

Great room, with all amenities. Well appointed.
Good options for breakfast, bed was comfortable and location to the office was excellent. Staff were freindly

Small annoyances:
- No tissues
- the heating was insanely hot so the room felt like a suana and
- the wireless internet was useless, in the end I gave up with trying to connect.
- the lift was incredibly slow
- options to eat locally were minimal, but this is increasing with the number of businesses popping up in the area.
- checkin and check out time was long

I stayed couple of times during ITB days,This hotel is great because of the people. Great Staff, front desk always helpful nice , very warm F&B department , it make really the difference,
