First off I want to thank the Abalu Hotel for their great customer service. When I arrived at 10am and my check-in time wasn't until 3pm they offered to lock and hold my belongings until my room was ready. Within minutes they upgraded my room and allowed me to check in at 11am without paying any additional costs. The rooms were very clean and whenever I requested anything from conceirge they arrived in less than 5 minutes. The service was impecable and went above and beyond my expectations. The location was perfect and minutes away from every attraction. I absolutely love love love this hotel. Thank you!!!!!
