The hotel is close to the metro & has excelent shopping options close by. The rooms were big and the bed was very comfy. Music in the bathroom was a nice touch! Downside: corner of Hermosilla & Lagasca gets really loud late at night on weekends as people leave bars & no restaurant on property. For the price it's an excelent choice in fancy Barrio Salamanca.

Small boutique hotel. Nice decor. Location is absolutely perfect! I loved it. Food at the breakfast buffet was also very good.

Just arrived home from 5 days in Madrid staying at Hesperia Hermosilla and what a great time we had. This is a very attractive hotel in a really good location close to Metro stations, high class shopping and some great pavement cafes. Upon arrival we were informed that we had been upgraded to a superior room (good start!). The room was quite spacious with a nice king size bed, large wardrobes, a working safe, and a good quality hairdryer (my wife informs me). Great bathroom with walk in shower, WC and bidet. The room was very clean and was cleaned to a high standard every day. The staff were very friendly and spoke good English (better than my Spanish certainly!) and were always helpful.

Slight downsides?
No tea/coffee facilities in the room.
There is a menu for a local pizza company in the rooms. Avoid. It took me 36 hours to recover from a very dodgy pizza!

All in all, this is a fab hotel with nice staff, clean and spacious and in a very good location. We would definately recommend and visit again.

We had a nice surprise , arrived in the heart of Salamanca in this hotel that we only got to know about consulting the reviews on tripadvisor! Excellent Location ,
clean ,outstanding breakfast , Nice rooms with Good shower and cute view to the streets outside the windows!! Not luxury but more than necessary for a confortable staying! Worth its value with great recomendation !!
