Stayed here during my3 -day business trip. From my perspective very good hotel for business stay. Reasonably sized rooms and very comfortable bed. Nice and clean bathroom. I did not spend much time in the room, but when I was there I was able to do some work there. No distractions at all. Breakfast was good, the breakfast room might need some more decoration, but still ok. I was even offered transportation to the airport for free.

The hotel is located in the outskirts of Madrid, near IFEMA.

Rooms are spacious, breakfast is rather good and you can get transportation from the airport (although you might have to wait a little bit as the same shuttle runs to the airport and IFEMA).

The area where the hotel is, is an Industrial Park with not much social life offer. You can go for a run to a nearby park and grab a bite to eat somewhere in the neighbourhood, however that is about it.

The hotel offers complimentary wi-fi. Nice one.

If the location suits you, this hotel will not dissapoint you at all.

Billed my credit card 4 times before arrival. Hotel over booked and got a call from them 4 hours before due to arrive to advise we'd have to stay elsewhere (another equally awful High Tech hotel).

The room might have been high tech 10th years ago. The presence of an exercise bike did nothing for me. The lack of an iron was annoying, and the one borrowed from reception a health hazard (broken cord, leaking water).

The discount promised on the phone call about the over booking was not known about once arriving here.

Avoid this hotel, and this chain.

As a consultant who travels extensively in the EU and Asia I would rank this hotel as one of the worst. Why?
- The rooms have been designed to look very slick but the materials used are cheap i.e. the sliding closet door in my room would only move if you *really* pushed
- The temperature control in the room doesn't work
- The bed is uncomfortable and the pillows are awful
- When I arrived the room hadn't been properly cleaned
- Bad acoustic isolation i.e. you can hear the guy in the next room shouting down his mobile
- The lights in the rooms are so bright it feels like you are in the window display of the Gap (no, there is no dimmer)
- No laundry service on the weekends–need to get those shirts cleaned for Monday? Tough luck
- The desk is stupidly narrow and there is a cheap laptop chained to the spot where I want to put MY laptop
- The breakfast is sub par
