The rooms were very clean, the hotel was located in a good place, just a bit far from metro by walking. I would stay in this hotel if I go to Madrid in future.
I recommend this hotel to all my friends too.

The breakfast is too expensive, you can have the same in local cafes for less than half price. WiFi was very good compared to other hotels, and the room OK, only the bathtub was overflowing with silicone around all the joints. Minibar with a flat-fee price... everything 4€, even a bottle of water!

The hotel was OK. The smell that I have experienced in other Novotel rooms and hallways in Madrid did not exist in this one. Public areas are not extensive and it is a bit far from the center of town. Public transport is available though.

Always stay here as it is very convenient for the motorway and onward travel. Disappointed this time to see paper cups on the hospitality tray and only 1 individual milk for tea and coffee, a cost cutting exercise too far given the price of the room would expect to be able to make at least 2 cups. Room very hot air conditioning not effective. Always very clean and staff very helpful.
