We found this hotel rather difficult to find and so had to have a taxi driver help us to locate it. However we found the room very comfortable and the staff very helpful. The breakfast is excellent and value for money. We would have liked clearer instructions on how to walk to the nearest train station. At night the main entrance to the hotel is not very visible.

The Hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful, the pool area was great especially in August when we went, having towels provided round the pool was useful with kids meant no wet towels in the room. Its a little out of Madrid but we had a car which helped but I'm sure the staff would have helped with transport into Madrid. The bar and restaurant were a little pricey but comparative with other major city hotels. Overall a lovely stay and Madrid is a really beautiful city.

Very positively surprised, after I was quoted ca 60 EUR [corporate rate] per night which is rather low in Madrid, I was expecting a dogdy accommodation, yet was presented with a clean bright room with all amenities you need to make yourself comfortable after a long day in the office. Very good size rooms, each with queen bed and a couch, spacious bathroom.
Breakfast not included but you are given a choice between 3 kinds: tiny [croissant + hot beverage], continental or full.
Service ok, no complaints.
