Been stayin for several nights in July. The hotel was great. The design of common areas, lovely rooftop pool (!!!) and resto, marble bathroom and stylish room. I could mention some turn offs (like a bit unfriendly stuff and chambermaids, overpriced breakfast) but not for the lovely price they offered at the high season for pride :) HIGHLY recommended if u get a good deal))

Stayed here for the third time while on a business trip to Madrid. Always enjoy staying here it has a great feel and great service. Very conveniently located. The glass bar is also a must and the roof top bar also great in the summer months.

I stayed there in December for 3 days, third time I have stayed here and I like the hotel even more after trying a few other hotels in Madrid. I was there for business and I got a very good rate, the location is perfect as both tourist and for business. You are within walking distance to the Museums, Plaza del Sol, Plaza Santa Ana, theaters, parque Retiro plus a short metro ride to the rest of the city. Plenty of good bars/restaurants within a few blocks as well. The rooms are good size, great, modern and very well equiptted. The bed was extremely comfortable and the rooms were nice and quiet. THe bathrooms are modern and luxurious. The only slight drawback in the room is there is no dedicated business desk, but that is not a problem as there is a nice couch and side table that works just fine for business needs.

The staff was amazing, the staff let me have an early checking after an overnight flight, and the bar downstairs, I think its called Glass?, is great with good bartenders. In the summer, the upstairs pool/patio area becomes a happening spot in the evenings. I will definately be staying here again, and it suits both business and tourist stays.

Overall a superb stay (9 nights during Xmas). Facility would rate between "very good" and "excellent"

- trendy building and nice ambience. Excellent location (near museums, shops, nightlife, etc.)
- well appointed clean modern-style room (lighting, tv, finishing materials, etc.)
- very good and fitted bathroom (top shower)
- super concierge for us (not a dedicated desk). they went to great lenghts to help us with deliveries, restaurants, shopping, etc. always customized to our neesds and following through developments.
- very nice/helpful staff overall. Reception a bit posh but always very professional
- good restaurant (Europa Deco)

MINUS
- standard (so called superior) rooms are smallish
- sound proof just average. rooms can be noisy
