We had a long journey by car. The hotel's location is very bad. Traveled a great deal in the industry, to find the hotel. Me happy to find an empty parking lot. Receptionist greeted us bad. room was clean. Breakfast not bad.

Me and my family decided to travel to Parque Warner..

Soon we realised that there weren't too many hotels were we can choose by...

Therefore, we have chosen this one..

In my opinion, the hotel is nice.. guests have an ice machine, so we can prepare drinks in our rooms, no fridge or safe in the room.

Rooms have nice accomodation and everything was cleaned every day... sheets, pilows, etc..

Breakfast is nice and simple.. there aren't too much were we can choose from,

The main issue i found during the breakfast, was the existence of the machines in one single side, so, there was a long line to use them.. (waste of time)...

The hotel is located in a quiet place, were we can find restaurantes nearby, even a mcdonals and a mall.

Tbe Parque Warner, is located about 15 kms.. too easy to reach..

Afterall we can say that, for the price payed... i think we found a nice, quiet and accomodate place..

This was a very typical HIX in a suburban location. Good breakfast and the rooms were standard for European Holiday Inn Expresses. The location is not for anyone expecting to stay in Madrid as it is at least 10 miles from the downtown with no public transportation nearby. But if you have a car and want to be in the Rivas area, this hotel is a good choice.

One note: if you try to find the hotel with a GPS, the address listed on the website does not work. I had to find it by driving in circles in the area for 45 minutes.

If anyone is travelling on business, I urge you to avoid this hotel with all costs!

no room service, no restaurants inside the hotel, no decent breakfast, no complementary water in the room.. and the no's dont stop

I found hotels with the same about price range with much better quality closer to madrid.
