New hotel in suburban ( and seemingly new) residential area. Quite green and airy despite the construction and roads etc. Nothing local in the way of shops,bars etc, so everything is a (frequent) 10-15 minute bus ride away to the nearest Metro station in the student area. Good place to stay if arriving in Madrid by/with car.
Out of holiday season when I was there, so,apart from one office function "invasion", the place was quiet and too hard to guage whether there would be any atmosphere in the restaurant in the holiday season. Very friendly and helpful staff.

This hotel is VERY far from the city centre. To get to Moncloa (which is not even where the attactions are) you need at least 20 minutes on a bus that stops in front of the hotel every 20/25 min. The hotel is located in a very quiet and brand new residential area, there is basically nothing there. So if you are not looking for an accomodation in Aravaca, do not stay there.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 days in July! Very nice hotel. clean rooms, quite and a nice pool. Only minus is its location. There IS nothing to do in walking distance from the hotel. No shops, no nothing. It takes about 30 min to get to the city center with public transport, but it stops quite early in the night.

But the hotel was a nice experience, would recommend it to anyone. Just remember to rent a car :)

We booked this hotel for the pool, which we can't fault.

Be warned when you check in, they will ask for a deposit, even if you have paid for the holiday. We only had €250 euros in total for entire stay, but still had to pay €150 deposit, which would only be returned on check-out. We had to catch bus and metro every morning to get food for the day, as we could no longer afford to eat in restaurant. There was no mention of a deposit when booking.

We found the staff quite rude and they only seemed to help the spanish people staying there.

On the good side, the rooms were clean, but I would not class them as 4 star.
