This hotel is VERY far from the city centre. To get to Moncloa (which is not even where the attactions are) you need at least 20 minutes on a bus that stops in front of the hotel every 20/25 min. The hotel is located in a very quiet and brand new residential area, there is basically nothing there. So if you are not looking for an accomodation in Aravaca, do not stay there.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 days in July! Very nice hotel. clean rooms, quite and a nice pool. Only minus is its location. There IS nothing to do in walking distance from the hotel. No shops, no nothing. It takes about 30 min to get to the city center with public transport, but it stops quite early in the night.

But the hotel was a nice experience, would recommend it to anyone. Just remember to rent a car :)

We booked this hotel for the pool, which we can't fault.

Be warned when you check in, they will ask for a deposit, even if you have paid for the holiday. We only had €250 euros in total for entire stay, but still had to pay €150 deposit, which would only be returned on check-out. We had to catch bus and metro every morning to get food for the day, as we could no longer afford to eat in restaurant. There was no mention of a deposit when booking.

We found the staff quite rude and they only seemed to help the spanish people staying there.

On the good side, the rooms were clean, but I would not class them as 4 star.

I stayed here overnight for the Champions League final and considering the event that was on in the city this hotel kept its prices low.

It did take some finding and a Sat nav was necessary. However, on arrival it’s a modern new hotel with friendly staff. I was a bit concerned about some of the reports I had read about being out of town. But it wasn’t a problem a bus stops right outside the hotel the 161 it takes about 10-15 minutes to get you to the nearest Metro stop Moncloa it only costs €1 and the buses are every 7 minutes.

The only problem was that they didn’t do breakfast on a Sunday which I found a bit strange. All in all I would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of using it but be warned you will need a SATNAV
