The hotel has a great location but that's all about it.
I arrived in Madrid in from Houston, TX after 12 hours flying and feeling sick. They didnt allow me to get my room at 9 AM, They made me wait in the freezing hotel lobby for 2 hrs, I was half asleep and very weak and nobody checked on my, I have to drag myself again to the check in desk, what was my surprise! I realized they were checking in people in front of my eyes and they still denied me my room. I have to complain and complain and finally the rude, unprofessional and cold front desk (Ms. Eva) gave me the key to my room. She was insisting the check in time was 11 AM, ok, lady! what about being little bit human and give a sick person a room to rest!!! Too snob to work in a front desk!
Room service was slow and bad, no food menu in the room, no variety of drinks in the fridge... super annoying hot in the rooms, nobody help you out with your luggages ! !
I complained with the person in charge in the front desk and he assured me they will be sending me an email and after a week, I'm still waiting on a that...
No WIFI, they'll give you a wire to connect to internet and they charge you a lot for that...simply unacceptable in a 4 stars hotel!
To sum up a MESS and not a true 4 stars hotel at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
